What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead backend and AI agent infrastructure in a product-focused team—shipping production-grade distributed systems, automating business workflows, and mentoring engineers while aligning architecture and roadmap with measurable business outcomes.

I’m a Senior Backend Engineer with 7+ years of experience shipping distributed systems and taking AI agent infrastructure to production. I focus on turning complex workflows into reliable, maintainable systems that teams can move fast with.

On the consumer mobile platform for Vkusno i Tochka (formerly McDonald’s Russia), I’ve been a Tech Lead since 2024, owning architecture, releases, roadmap, people management, and resource planning across multiple backend streams (15 engineers). I built and deployed multi-agent AI workflows (architecture review, code generation, automated QA) that meaningfully reduced time-to-market across the full delivery cycle.

I also initiated and led a company-wide AI agent track that automates business processes across legal, HR, and operations. I built an internal AI agent platform on Open WebUI with a LangGraph orchestration backend, integrated with observability and operational tooling, and shipped purpose-built agents for cross-functional teams currently in pilot.

Previously, I led migration of a fintech core platform from PHP to Python, achieving a 60% performance improvement and better configurability and resource utilization. I developed AI-powered voice chatbots, Telegram chatbot services, automated metrics pipelines (~90% test coverage), and banking integrations—while redesigning database schemas across PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and MongoDB for performance and consistency.
