I design API-led MuleSoft integrations connecting Salesforce, payments, portals, and third-party systems.

I've designed and delivered MuleSoft integration platforms for pet insurance, luxury travel, holding groups, automotive, and e-commerce organizations. Most recently, I led the MuleSoft architecture for a European pet insurance quote-and-buy platform, replacing a Salesforce-only OmniScript journey with a headless React, Node.js, and API-led MuleSoft solution.

I build Experience and System APIs, RAML contracts, DataWeave transformations, secure OAuth 2.0 integrations, asynchronous messaging, and reusable integration components. Across Salesforce Core, Commerce Cloud, Industries, Marketing Cloud, and external services including Stripe, DocuSign, Adobe PDF Services, and ERP systems, I've supported teams through solution design, delivery, testing, troubleshooting, and production optimization.

MuleSoft Architect / Lead Integration Engineer

Pet Insurance Quote & Buy Platform

Designed and implemented a headless digital funnel for a European pet insurance provider, replacing a Salesforce-only journey with a React front end and API-led MuleSoft integration layer. Owned the journey state, business validation, and all backend and third-party communication.
