What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote Network Support, NOC, or Technical Support roles.

At MaxData Link d.o.o., I managed day-to-day ISP network operations and troubleshooting, including MikroTik routers and PPPoE subscriber connectivity.

I administered subscriber services related to RADIUS, along with routing, VPN connectivity, firewall rules, and primary and backup WAN configurations.

I maintained Linux-hosted internal services, databases, and web applications that supported operational workflows, and coordinated technical work for a team of up to six.

At Smiley TV, I worked on telecommunications infrastructure, field installations, service maintenance, and customer fault resolution. I’m seeking remote Network Support, NOC, or Technical Support roles.
