At Schuberg Philis, I set architecture and platform standards for mission-critical AWS and Kubernetes platforms used by around ten product teams. I led the move from self-managed KOPS clusters to AWS EKS with Istio, improving uptime across around 200 production services.

I’m accountable for cost efficiency across a 50–60 account AWS estate, setting commitment strategies and capacity plans that delivered around 30% annual savings. I also designed an AWS data platform using a medallion architecture and introduced an agent-driven software factory to reduce repetitive platform work.

Previously, at albelli, I owned shared AWS foundations and re-architected networking across a 70-account organization. I also designed an in-house logging platform that cut monthly billing by 50%, and built compliance automation and cost-visibility tools.
