What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing technical role where I can advise financial institutions and enterprise teams on enterprise payments, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure—coordinating cross-functional delivery and improving incident and service outcomes.

I’m a Technical Solutions Consultant supporting enterprise customers with a focus on enterprise payments, API integrations, and large-scale technology environments. At Visa, I advise financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise customers across Latin America by supporting onboarding, certification, and implementation for Agent Commerce initiatives and integrating payment services and transaction-processing capabilities into customer-facing solutions.

Previously at Schlumberger, I supported enterprise cloud, identity, and governance services across Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), serving as an escalation point for identity, cloud, network, LDAP, IAM, and access-management. I lead technical enablement and training, mentor interns and junior professionals, and analyze operational KPIs and incident trends to drive root-cause improvements and service reliability.
