At Restaurante El Estribo, where I worked as a Community Manager, I designed and carried out a social media content strategy, responded to customer questions and reservations, and monitored post performance to adapt content.
My university practice included work with FUNDHAINFA and ASODECO, including designing an intervention using the IAP methodology and developing a workshop on voice volume and turn-taking. I also served as a production supervisor at Productos Saha c.a., managing inventory, production processes, and quality control.
