What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead .NET engineering teams building cloud-native, distributed products, with ownership of architecture, delivery, technical strategy, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration.

At NextGen Technologies, I lead two .NET teams of 16 developers and delivered a previously stalled product to launch within six months after an architectural overhaul, refactoring, and new engineering standards.

I've reduced release cycles from eight weeks to 2–4 weeks through CI/CD improvements, AI-assisted code review, and expanded automated testing. I also led Docker containerization and Amazon EKS deployment to support horizontal scaling, while partnering with product and business stakeholders on technical strategy for a new iGaming product.

Previously at Intermedia, I built Azure and RabbitMQ event-processing workflows for a B2B communications platform handling 5,000–30,000 events per second. My background also includes healthcare and banking software, distributed systems, integrations, mentoring, hiring, and developer-owned quality practices.
