I'm currently conducting daily operational control reviews at Paychex for 500+ Direct Deposit, Payrun, and User Access requests each week. I validate audit evidence across Salesforce, Genesys, Gong, and internal systems to support control validation and reduce unsupported approvals.

I investigate unauthorized or unsupported account changes, escalate potentially malicious activity, and maintain documentation aligned with internal control policies and standard operating procedures.

Previously at Amazon India, I managed sensitive EMEA employee and rehire eligibility data, assessed policy adherence, and maintained auditable documentation for consistent rehire decisions. I also identified opportunities to streamline verification workflows and improve communication efficiency.

My earlier experience spans technical research, IT recruitment, and business development, including hiring-trend research across UK and European markets, candidate workflow coordination, and training support. I bring a foundation in SOC and SOX controls, risk assessment, control testing, internal audit, remediation, and stakeholder communication.
