Led the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Ongoing Monitoring team, coordinating activities across multiple regions and stakeholders. Conducted comprehensive third-party risk assessments, including security questionnaires, control evaluations, and risk scoring.

Led the IT Compliance team at Arcos Dorados (McDonald’s LATAM), ensuring adherence to critical cybersecurity regulations and standards across multiple countries. Spearheaded the implementation of PCI DSS 4.0 and managed compliance activities related to SOC, SOX, and various cybersecurity audits.

Captured and reviewed KPIs for InfoSec services, developed and maintained visualizations using Power BI, and participated in maturity assessments of InfoSec services. Created communications for the department using HTML and maintained the Application Portfolio Management in ServiceNow.

Assumed a position of increased responsibility and leadership within the team. Responsible for overseeing and training other team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development, and leading specific projects collaboratively with the team and stakeholders.

Part of the creation of the department, handling Data Management of PwC-Global's entity database, working alongside teams from the United States and India. Used ServiceNow to manage the service, PowerBI and Tableau as reporting tools, and Alteryx to automate processes.

Worked side by side with US Teams at the Risk Assurance Line of Service for different clients such as M&T, BBH, eBay, and K12 auditing their IT-based risks. Organized, led, and coached associates, worked on planning, and overall organization of the team.
