What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an opportunity as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer, focused on CRM administration and developing my practical skills in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Through my independent project with Corporação Salesforce, I’m developing Leitura Force, Travel Agency, and Energy Consultations. I configure the platform and create custom objects, Flows, automations, and Lightning Pages.

I’m transitioning into technology while studying Systems Analysis and Development. My Salesforce practice includes platform administration, access and permissions, and no-code/low-code application development.

At Associação Paulista do Vale, I manage community and operational requests, organize their routing and follow-up, and work to resolve issues. I also identify opportunities to improve processes and the experience of the people served.

Previously, at Educação Adventista, I coordinated service and support routines, standardized processes, prepared documentation, and conducted orientations and training. At Colégio Adventista, I coordinated administrative processes and supported internal improvements; earlier, I taught Philosophy and Religion.
