At Anura Infotech Pvt Ltd, I tested the Member and Product Management System for its client, CRIF Highmark. I covered its customer, contributor, user, product, and service management modules, including onboarding and product maintenance workflows.
I built and maintained Selenium WebDriver scripts in Java for critical and repetitive MPMS scenarios. I used Page Object Model components and shared utilities, then ran regression suites and investigated failures.
For CRIF Highmark Inquiry, I verified end-to-end inquiry workflows across web and API channels. I checked borrower credit reports and synchronous and asynchronous API responses.
At Delfine India Technology, I tested Cottage Cart, an e-commerce platform, across product catalog, cart, and order workflows. I maintained Selenium automation using Java and TestNG, and checked API responses and database records for consistency.
