At American Express, I build recommender and personalization models for U.S. and international platforms, improving offer relevance and customer engagement.
I developed the first-generation convergence model with $36M incremental impact, enhanced CTR models using XGBoost, CatBoost, Word2Vec, BERT, LSTM, GRU, and transfer learning, and deployed an end-to-end AiDA AR pipeline for production scoring.
With an M.Sc. in Applied Statistics and Informatics from IIT Bombay, I bring hands-on experience in Python, SQL, GCP, BigQuery, time-series forecasting, classification, and credit portfolio analytics.
