I’m a Salesforce CRM Developer and Administrator with 1+ years of IT experience. I build hands-on solutions across Salesforce Lightning—using Aura Framework and Lightning Web Components—while strengthening the backend with Apex and Visualforce.
In my work, I create and enhance CRM functionality through reports, dashboards, and business-focused configuration. On Speridian Technologies LLC projects, I developed a “Woodstream Quote Setup Platform” and supported admin productivity with a “Download Permissions” internal tool featuring a dedicated UI and Apex-driven metadata download logic.
I also focus on improving service efficiency through automation. For my Field Service Application Automation project, I implemented case-to-work-order conversion, technician dispatch and scheduling using Apex triggers, Salesforce Flow, and Field Service Lightning, along with Lightning Web Components and thorough test coverage.
