At RELEX SOLUTIONS, I designed, built, and operate a full-stack AI enablement dashboard that makes repository readiness, AI adoption, engineering delivery indicators, and costs visible. It includes repository scanning and scoring, automated tests, background synchronization, and a Claude-powered readiness assistant.
I onboard teams to readiness standards in phased waves and review results and actions weekly with directors, engineering managers, and VPs. I also administer ChatGPT Enterprise and Codex access and support MCP integrations.
At DEPLOJA / VOLVO CARS, I aligned testing for digital key, mobile apps, and telematics across 18 teams and three departments. I created and facilitated a fortnightly QA guild with 30+ demos and retrospectives.
