I'm seeking a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer/campus support role where I can contribute positively and grow professionally.

At 1000 Hills Technology Ltd, I supported e-commerce catalog operations as a Data Entry Associate (Intern). I managed product uploads, checked pricing accuracy, and reported platform and data errors for the team to resolve.

I also produced daily, weekly, and pricing reports to support operational decisions. My competitor and market research informed catalog and pricing updates.

As a Tutor in Addis Ababa, I supported students by explaining concepts clearly and patiently. I also managed schedules and responsibilities independently.

As a Market Assistant, I assisted customers with inquiries and supported daily operations. I'm pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at African Leadership University (ALU).
