I’m a client-facing Business Analyst focused on translating business needs into BRDs, FRDs, and user stories, while keeping cross-functional teams aligned through clear process documentation. I bring hands-on experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process mapping across automotive, defense, e-commerce, and hospitality domains.

In my Business Analyst role, I elicited and documented requirements for four concurrent projects (Sentinel AI, Interface IQ/General Motors, Raksha Ekart, and Resort PMS). I authored functional specifications for development and QA, performed gap analysis to identify workflow inefficiencies, and facilitated Agile/Scrum ceremonies alongside UAT execution in JIRA.

Earlier, I trained and built software and QA capabilities through roles in data processing for ELINT satellite systems and UI/QA development. I developed Python-based data processing and data pipelines for real-time operations, improved test coverage by 20%, and contributed to reliable releases by executing UAT, tracking defects, and validating 500+ test scenarios with strong results.
