At Accenture, I work on US healthcare Epic projects, handling assigned tasks and incidents related to workflows and builds. I support the Ambulatory and MyChart teams, as well as Radiant and Cupid teams.
In the Epic training environment, I configured Ambulatory SmartSets and PHQ-2/PHQ-9 flowsheet templates with cascading logic. I also worked on preference lists, Order Composer Configuration and Advanced Navigators.
I earned EpicCare Ambulatory (AMB400) and EpicCare MyChart (MYC200) certifications. My project exposure includes MyChart access and profiles, proxy access, scheduling, telehealth and patient messaging workflows.
Before Accenture, I worked as a Data Analyst intern at Actima Software Pvt Ltd, using Power BI, SQL and Python on hands-on Data Science projects. I also have a Mechanical Engineering degree from Government College of Engineering, Keonjhar.
