I’m an IT Infrastructure and Security professional with 4+ years of experience across enterprise SOC and managed services environments. I focus on security monitoring, incident detection and response, log analysis, and SIEM operations, using Splunk and Microsoft Azure Sentinel to drive actionable visibility.

I triage, investigate, and escalate security incidents while performing root cause analysis and fine-tuning SIEM rules and alerting mechanisms to reduce false positives. In my SOC work, I analyzed 1,000+ daily security events, investigated 150+ security incidents per month, and improved detection efficiency and response times, while supporting 24/7 operations with 95%+ SLA compliance through dashboards, KPI/KRI/SLA reporting, and incident documentation including playbooks and SOPs.

In my current Infrastructure Managed Services Analyst role, I administer Splunk distributed environments (forwarders, indexers, and search head clusters) and support reliable operations through upgrades and SPL-based search and correlation improvements. I also perform Linux-based troubleshooting and basic shell scripting to support system reliability, service continuity, and on-call incident management.
