At EG A/S, I design clinical software used by GP clinics in Denmark and Norway. I redesigned the Statistics module in Clinea around saving, reusing, and delegating patient-registry filters and worklists, turning a query tool GPs avoided into a repeatable daily workflow.
I grounded that work in interviews with four practising GPs, then tested the resulting flows and iterated on what failed. I also applied WCAG standards to filtering and worklist interfaces and resolved typography and legibility issues on DDV, the Danish national vaccination portal.
At Novigo Solutions, I led UX research, information architecture, and UI design for government and enterprise programmes including Oman Investment Authority, Etisalat (UAE), and Dubai Petroleum. For Etisalat, I designed a customer-service mobile app that translated telecom service journeys into self-serve flows.
Earlier, I enhanced the Lyca application and designed CMS pages at Lycamobile, then worked across design and front-end implementation at The Web People. My work has been recognised with the EG Designer Award and Novigo Champion.
