I led interviews to uncover why lead follow-up was slow, designed and shipped an automation-driven follow-up system with SLA enforcement, and drove a 3x increase in leads contacted.

Previously at Uniqode (Phygital Inc.), I owned platform strategy for the core QR Codes product serving 30,000+ enterprise customers and contributing 70% of company ARR. I built a recommender and anomaly-detection layer that lifted conversions 3x, defined and shipped Smart Rules to address a recurring enterprise pain point, and launched Watchlist to grow weekly active users from 18% to 27% in 4 months. Earlier, as Product Manager at Aidéo Technologies and Zycus, I improved billing outcomes, usability, and adoption—reducing billing errors by 25%, enabling processing of 20% more encounters daily, and increasing product adoption by 33% through a UX redesign informed by customer feedback.
