I’m a finance professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes. I focus on general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, month-end/year-end closing, and clear financial reporting.

At Tata Motors Global Services Limited, I’ve driven RTR-Closing & Reporting by preparing and publishing daily production reports and generating reporting outputs using SAP S4/HANA. I also posted provision entries for an Indonesian accounting entity and ensured accurate AR ageing reporting.

Previously at Gallagher Centre of Excellence, I performed reconciliations for US, UK, and investment accounts using Oracle JD Edwards, ensuring timely completion with proper documentation aligned with month-end timelines. I handled internal and external audit queries, reviewed sub-ledger reports, and maintained accurate general ledger records while executing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.

I bring a process-improvement mindset, building Excel macros and dashboards to streamline reporting and developing/updating SOPs to improve clarity and efficiency. I’ve also served as a Process Trainer, mentoring new joiners on reconciliation and system navigation, and I’ve earned recognition including the Financial Autonomy Award, Kaizen Award, Shining Star Award, and Star of the Month.
