What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end HRMS or payroll product delivery, translating complex business and compliance requirements into reliable implementations with cross-functional teams.

I've delivered 50+ full-cycle HRMS implementations at Rigo Technologies, taking projects from kick-off and configuration through data migration and go-live.

I translate client business rules, Nepalese labor law, and statutory tax structures into functional specifications and actionable engineering backlogs. I led delivery of a core Time Tracking & Attendance system, presented functional prototypes to stakeholders, and aligned technical teams on scope.

At Tulips Technologies, I owned functional verification and end-to-end UAT for complex payroll and tax configurations before production release. I monitored sprint progress, improved bug triage with detailed defect logs, and supervised post-release smoke testing.

I'm experienced in coordinating development, QA, and client stakeholders across distributed teams, including international client systems in South Africa. I focus on clear communication, delivery risk mitigation, quality governance, and compliant enterprise HRMS workflows.
