Ajimajasan Darasimi

I am an LL.B graduate (Second Class Upper) from Ekiti State University pursuing admission to the Nigerian Bar as a Bar Part II candidate for 2025/2026. I focus on corporate matters, human rights law, alternative dispute resolution, and legal writing.

I have practical experience as a legal intern and research assistant, where I drafted contracts, affidavits, legal letters, memos, and assisted in court proceedings and case presentations. I supported compliance checks and business registration processes with the Corporate Affairs Commission.

My core skills include legal research using LexisNexis, LawPavilion and Google Scholar, legal drafting, memo writing, and strong oral and written communication. I am also proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

I am completing professional training in intellectual property (WIPO) and in mediation and conciliation (ICMC), and I bring a disciplined, research-driven approach and commitment to ethical advocacy and dispute resolution.
