I'm a dedicated and compassionate counselling psychologist with a strong passion for helping individuals overcome life's challenges. With an MA in Psychology and hands-on experience at SPYM, I've developed a deep understanding of mental health and well-being. My approach combines empathy with evidence-based techniques like CBT, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.

Through my internships at SPYM and ICHARS, I've gained valuable experience in providing individual and group counselling, assessing clients' needs, and developing personalized intervention plans. I'm committed to providing client-centred support and am excited to continue growing in this field, making a real difference in people's lives.

I'm skilled in integrating various psychotherapy techniques, including CBT, REBT, Gestalt Therapy, and ACT, to craft personalized therapeutic interventions. I'm also proficient in communication skills, cognitive behavioural therapy, and psychological assessment, with a strong emphasis on empathetic and active listening.
