I’m a detail-oriented Administrative Data Support Specialist and Data Entry Clerk focused on high-accuracy, structured data work. I verify information against source documents, detect errors and inconsistencies, and keep records organized so teams can trust what’s in their systems.

In my freelance remote role (2024–Present), I enter and update data in Excel and Google Sheets, cross-check entries for accuracy, and correct duplicates and incorrect records. I also organize digital files for fast retrieval while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information in every workflow.

Through data entry and verification projects, I transferred large volumes of raw data into structured spreadsheets and cross-checked entries to ensure consistency and accuracy.

I’m especially strong in data cleaning and formatting—standardizing dates, names, and categories to improve data quality for reporting and analysis. I work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to new systems.
