I am seeking a role that allows me to further develop my critical care skills while providing compassionate patient care in a supportive environment.

I am a dedicated registered nurse with over a year of critical care experience in a 355-bed facility. My expertise lies in managing critically ill patients, particularly in the postoperative recovery of CABG and various thoracic surgical patients. I have substantial experience in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and conscious sedation, which has equipped me to provide high-quality care in challenging environments.

Throughout my career, I have developed a strong proficiency in utilizing Cerner electronic health records and performing critical assessments during the acute recovery phase. I am adept at interpreting invasive hemodynamics and managing complex medical devices such as IABPs and CRRT. My collaborative approach with surgical and anesthesia teams ensures that I can address complications effectively while educating patients' families about recovery and medication management.
