At Humanity & Inclusion, I designed and managed information management systems for programme and operational needs. I built data collection workflows with SurveyCTO and developed database-driven systems using FileMaker, SQL, Java, and PHP.

I supported data analysis, reporting, and visualization, integrating ArcGIS for spatial analysis and Power BI for reporting. I also developed and supported operational systems for payroll, travel management, and service mapping.

For mine-action activities, I piloted drone use and supported image analysis for mine detection using Python, machine learning, and ArcGIS tools. I also provided technical guidance to programme teams and users of information and database systems.

Earlier, I designed database systems for beneficiaries and government projects, supported reporting across 20 governmental directorates, and developed the GAPTIS information system using FileMaker. I hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mosul.
