- Designed the SOPs for implementation of the whole Databricks platform spanning 12 Workspaces, supporting 8 Business Units and utilized by DE, Data Science, and BI teams.
- Architected and Implemented the Unity Catalog and Platform Observability setup for the Client.
- Overlooked the deployment of a third-party tool Aily Labs in the client’s infrastructure.
- Led a team of 10 platform operations

Designed SOPs for implementing the Databricks platform across 12 workspaces supporting 8 business units. Architected and implemented Unity Catalog and platform observability, led a team of 10 platform operations resources, and oversaw deployment of Aily Labs.

1) An early-stage startup in Pakistan targeting the logistics domain. Aiming to digitize the logistics industry of Pakistan and provide transparency and optimization possibilities to stakeholders.
2) Stack included MERN running on AWS. My role was more managerial here, looking into marketing, QA, project management, and corporate sales.
3) Lead generation for new clients through different platform

The aim was to work alongside the U&M team, learn from them and specifically work on the analysis of cooling towers and their efficiency and suggest possible ways to counter losses.
Recorded maintenance data for computational means and analysis to figure out irregularities leading me to suggest the company adopt data-driven decisions in maintenance management.
Installing cheaper and longer-lastin

Studied and worked on many of the production facilities equipment’s, procedures and issues, such as PFD, P&ID of the Plant, work permit procedures for safe handling of equipment, and Sales Gas Booster Compressor (SGBC) tripping due to vibrations.
