What I'm looking for

I'm looking for procurement, contract, logistics, or operations leadership work in Iraq, including site or rotational assignments, where I can coordinate suppliers, services, compliance, and delivery in regulated, high-security environments.

I founded and managed Al Rawabit Al Thabita for General Trading & Contracting, delivering procurement, logistics, and operational support for international organizations, USAID/EU contractors, private clients, and Iraqi government projects.

I manage supplier sourcing, RFQs, competitive bids, technical and commercial evaluations, purchase orders, vendor negotiations, delivery follow-up, and procurement documentation. I managed a two-year Iraqi Ministry of Municipalities heavy-equipment rental contract valued at approximately USD 200,000 and recurring service contracts averaging approximately USD 40,000 annually.

I've supported organizations including IRI, Chemonics, DAI, IFES, ICMPD, Erinys Iraq, IBTCI, and AKTIS Strategy with International Zone access, transportation, visa processing, office relocations, equipment coordination, and local procurement.
