At Hill International, I manage cost-control systems and baseline schedules for the Lucid EV Manufacturing Mega-Programme at KAEC. I integrate controls across 34 sub-packages and create Power BI dashboards for cost, schedule, and progress reporting.
Previously, at Specialized Industrial Services Co. (SISCO), I led planning and programme controls across two concurrent Saudi Aramco URMPP contracts. I aligned cost and schedule baselines and improved schedule-to-billing and progress-certification alignment.
At ASSYSTEM RADICON, I assessed schedule delays and change-order cost impacts, and created plan-versus-actual monitoring tools. At Gas Arabian Services, I managed Primavera P6 baselines and reporting for energy and pipeline projects, including the Sales Gas Delivery System and KAEC IV Natural Gas Distribution Network, both completed within baseline schedule and budget.
I began my career as a Planning Engineer with TISCO / Zamil Steel / EXICO / Nobles Group, establishing work and cost breakdown structures and monitoring productivity. I hold PMP® and PMI-SP® credentials and serve on the PMI PMO of the Year Awards judging committee for 2025 and 2026.
