What I'm looking for

I’m open to relocation across KSA and the GCC, seeking planning, project controls, or program-governance work where I can strengthen schedule assurance, protect contractual milestones, and support executive decision-making.

I lead planning governance for HESCO Engineering & Consulting’s SAR 2.2 billion government, utility, and infrastructure portfolio, including SEC substation packages at King Salman Park and Diriyah Gate, Al-Salam Palace, and Damascus International Airport. I turn contractor schedules into decision-ready reporting for executive leadership, using baseline controls, DCMA 14-point reviews, progress verification, and early-warning protocols.

I’ve worked across PMC/client and main-contractor environments in Saudi Arabia and Oman, including NESMA & Partners, SSEM, Huta Hegerfeld, and Al Hassan Engineering. My work includes recovering 24 weeks of marine-work slippage, delivering a 4,000+ activity resource-loaded EPC baseline, and integrating cost, progress, and cash flow for a SAR 3 billion desalination program.
