At Motadata (Mindarray Systems Pvt. Ltd.), I built and shipped a multi-user AI assistant across 41 ITSM modules, combining dense retrieval with PostgreSQL full-text search and an MCP tool layer. It earned approval after a three-week proof of concept and reduced workflow configuration to about five minutes.

I also served as the sole adversarial tester for a shipping LLM feature, testing prompt injection, jailbreaking, scope escape, and client-side exploitation. I delivered reproducible findings after identifying failures in roughly 25 of 40 use cases.

At Motadata, I designed an AI enablement programme for around 200 people across 9+ departments, with delivery shared with a senior colleague. I also built a WhatsApp support-ticket automation using Meta APIs and n8n, adding self-healing token refresh to prevent recurring authentication outages.

At Trionic Technologies LLP, I built RAG proofs of concept and localized Mistral 7B v0.3 Instruct to GGUF for offline inference. My projects include ReticulOS, a desktop knowledge tool, and LMVersity, a free AI engineering learning platform I built and launched.
