I'm a Computer Engineering student at Universidad del Norte in Caacupé, building practical user-support and problem-solving skills through academic and personal projects.
For a 2024 Business Logistics System project, I developed an HTML/CSS web interface to help small businesses manage inventory and internal logistics, with usability designed to make tasks easier to understand and navigate. I also independently built and debugged a C++ video game prototype, using peer feedback and iterative testing to identify and resolve bugs.
I'm ready to support users with software configuration, hardware and software troubleshooting, Windows and basic Linux assistance, and clear technical guidance in customer support, customer service, call center, or technical support roles.
