I'm building my career at the intersection of semiconductor device physics, nanoscience, and electronics. At Primetals Technologies, I work as an Assistant Manager after joining as a Graduate Engineering Trainee.
As an undergraduate researcher at the University of Calcutta, I worked on designing and fabricating semiconductor device structures for varied applications, using electrical and optical characterization processes.
During an INSA-IASc-NASI Summer Research Fellowship at JNCASR, I designed and characterized a frequency-reconfigurable microstrip patch antenna using ferroelectric polymer for energy-harvesting applications. I'm continuing to develop skills in nanofabrication and nanoscale device characterization.
