What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an Agile/Scrum team where I can own QA quality, strengthen shift-left practices, optimize automated regression pipelines, and mentor others—especially in high-load FinTech/E-commerce products with complex workflows.

I’m a result-oriented Senior QA Engineer with nearly 8 years of experience across high-load FinTech, E-commerce, and enterprise-scale platforms. I specialize in end-to-end integration testing, complex business workflow validation, and shift-left methodologies within Agile/Scrum teams.

In my current role, I test a high-load Global FinTech platform using an Agile/Scrum regression automation framework with FE, BE devs, and DevOps. I help find bugs through predefined cases and exploratory business process validation, while also addressing bottlenecks and supporting weekly releases with “clockwork precision.”

I optimize automated regression pipelines by modifying and stabilizing test frameworks (e.g., improving speed and preventing flaky tests). I also mentor engineers through QA processes, owning test strategy and planning, distributing tasks, reviewing test cases, and approving releases based on manual regression results and automation signals.
