At Tata Consultancy Services, I design, build, and maintain Spring Boot REST APIs for a UK insurance platform. I take features from requirement analysis through production release.

I delivered 13+ new APIs and enhancements to existing APIs, writing validations, business logic, and service-layer changes. I also implemented dynamic queries to eliminate unnecessary service calls and improve API performance.

I write and optimise SQL on Oracle and MySQL, and create or modify tables to support business features. I build and enhance services in a microservices architecture, integrating with other services over REST.

When production defects arise, I use log analysis to resolve them and deliver urgent fixes. I validate APIs with Postman and Swagger, contribute to code reviews, and manage pull requests in Git. My work at TCS has received multiple awards for delivery, initiative, and ownership.
