At BRAC-Aarong, I supported recruitment from job posting and CV screening through candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and onboarding coordination. I assisted with recruitment and interview coordination involving 135+ candidates during my internship.

I maintained HR documentation, updated HRIS records, and prepared recruitment reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. I also supported employer-branding and employee-engagement activities, including job fairs.

At BRAC University Entrepreneur’s Fest 2.0, I coordinated event logistics, vendor management, team assignments, timelines, and resource allocation. I’m currently pursuing an MBA and seeking remote or distributed-team opportunities in recruitment coordination, talent sourcing support, people operations, HR administration, or business operations.
