I’m a motivated, results-oriented HND graduate with experience across administration, teaching, customer service, sales, social media management, and entrepreneurship. I enjoy delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting business operations and helping organizations achieve their goals.

As the Owner of Hannyjay Jewelry & Accessories, I founded and manage an online jewelry and accessories business. I’ve successfully served over 150 satisfied customers, processed and delivered more than 150 customer orders, and handled customer inquiries and social media while maintaining sales and order records.

Through my NYSC Teacher experience, I taught English Language and Literature, prepared lesson plans, and assessed students. I also maintained a positive classroom environment, strengthening my communication, organization, and time management.

Earlier, during my industrial training, I managed the company’s social media platforms, entered and updated product information using the company’s desktop, and supported administrative tasks and customer inquiries. I bring strong virtual assistance, data entry, and administrative support skills—backed by Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and internet research—to help teams work smarter.
