At Novosibirsk State University, I developed software for designing hybridization probes for targeted sequencing and analyzed NGS data in human genetics and cancer studies. I also collaborated with Medical-Biological Union on data-driven research using machine learning.
Previously, at the Institute of Cytology and Genetics of SB RAS, I analyzed RNA-seq data and reconstructed gene regulatory networks associated with human diseases. At The State Research Center Of Virology And Biotechnology VECTOR, I conducted molecular cloning and plasmid construction for HIV1-binding studies, and worked with bacterial and human cell cultures.
