I'm seeking a Business & Competitive Intelligence role where I can apply life sciences knowledge, structured research, and emerging data analytics skills to support sales and account strategy.

I'm a life sciences professional who turns scientific, regulatory, and product information into clear, decision-ready output for business and account teams.

At IQVIA RDS, I coordinate case and query resolution across designated accounts, maintain SLA and quality standards, and document adverse events and product quality complaints under ICH and GVP Module VI. I use IQVIA AI and Microsoft Copilot to strengthen research efficiency and response accuracy in regulated workflows.

Previously at EVERSANA, I supported medical information for 100+ Lupin products and 10+ Biocon biosimilars, achieving 98%+ quality performance and 90%+ SLA adherence. I'm building SQL, Advanced Excel, and Power BI capabilities to apply structured competitive intelligence research to pharma market and sales strategy.
