What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead full-stack and cloud product delivery where I can turn client needs into secure, scalable systems and measurable operational impact.

At SCG Growth Partners, I lead backend development for ApplyOn, a Django-based platform for a leading regional insurance carrier, delivering document workflows, sales tracking, and in-app and email notifications. I also built a serverless AWS Lambda PDF service that replaced PandaDoc and eliminated recurring licensing costs.

I lead technical delivery for insurtech and fintech clients across Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean, from client requirements and architecture through deployment. I work across React, Next.js, Python, Django, Node.js, AWS, WordPress, and Strapi, while reviewing code, mentoring developers, coordinating production releases, and translating technical decisions into business impact.
