I’m an operations and supply chain professional with plant-level experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) within a large-scale manufacturing environment at Trident Ltd. I focus on cost efficiency, compliance, and uninterrupted delivery of materials and services.

I’ve led end-to-end vendor onboarding and SLA-driven contract lifecycles, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and issue resolution. When problems show up, I use Root Cause Analysis and tools like Fishbone diagrams and Value Stream Mapping to reduce lead-time variability and strengthen vendor performance.

I’m also a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, committed to SOP adherence, audit readiness, and operational process optimization. I apply Kaizen for incremental improvements and maintain 5S discipline to support reliable inventory and facility operations.

My day-to-day work is supported by SAP and CLM tools, plus advanced MS Excel for tracking and reporting. I enjoy cross-functional coordination—partnering with vendors and internal stakeholders to keep procurement workflows moving smoothly and contracts fully aligned.
