At Greamio Technologies, I independently designed, developed, and deployed a production CRM-based Inquiry Management System, from architecture through deployment. I built and maintained business workflows across lead management, follow-ups, sales, admissions, and role-based access.
I improved API response performance by 30–40% across key CRM workflows by optimizing MongoDB schemas, queries, and backend data handling. I also integrated Redis, BullMQ, Socket.io, webhooks, and third-party services for real-time communication and automated workflows.
At Greamio Technologies, I also shipped the company’s official website and delivered Maya Power, a client-facing React application. In my projects, I developed MediSlot, a healthcare appointment platform, and Rentify, a rental marketplace with payments and automated receipts.
