At Sikka.ai, I build production forecasting and conversational BI systems for a dental-practice SaaS platform. I shipped a KMeans and per-segment XGBoost pipeline forecasting monthly revenue for more than 16,000 dental practices, and a natural-language-to-API agent spanning 46 KPIs.

I work end to end, from raw event, financial, and free-text data through feature engineering, rolling-window backtesting, retrieval, confidence gating, and production APIs. My LLM/RAG work uses Claude, FAISS, Qdrant, embeddings, cross-encoder reranking, LangChain, and deterministic fallbacks to make analytics more reliable and actionable.

Previously at Global Payments, I developed ETL, reconciliation, data modeling, and fraud-data integrations for payments workflows using BigQuery, Snowflake, Airflow, and Docker. I enjoy translating complex data and model outputs into recommendations that non-technical stakeholders can use.
