I review commercial contracts, tender conditions, and guarantee drafts to identify restrictive clauses and financial or operational risks before issuance. I also manage non-fund-based credit limits across consortium banks, optimizing cash margins and collateral use.

I streamlined LC and BG amendment workflows and established tracking for expiry dates and claim periods. I also work with advising banks, buyers, and vendors to resolve document discrepancies and help avoid shipment delays and payment holds.

At Dixon Technologies India limited, I gained exposure to corporate banking, treasury, and international trades. My finance background includes trade finance, working capital management, factoring, and outward remittances.
