What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support digital and technology transformation programs where I can strengthen PMO governance, Agile delivery, reporting, process standardization, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination in global, matrixed teams.

At Barclays, I coordinate project plans, RAID logs, trackers, and executive KPI reporting across 30+ business verticals. I support customer-facing programs through Scrum facilitation, backlog management, sprint metrics, risk escalation, and data-backed stakeholder recommendations.

I partner with Workplace, HR, and Communications teams to define scope, refine briefs, and establish PAN-India SOPs. I also manage vendor contracts, invoicing, budget oversight, UAT, and user-access administration while identifying process automation opportunities.

Previously at WanderTrust and Decathlon, I supported customer operations, Jira-based project tracking, vendor negotiations, AR/AP documentation, CRM data, and inventory analysis. I bring an MBA and hands-on experience with Jira, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce CRM Analytics, MS Project, and Visio.
