At Microsoft, I build Azure Databricks and Spark platforms for Partner Center analytics, self-service reporting, and AI-powered engineering automation.

I engineered an AI-powered SRE Agent to automate incident triage and mitigation planning across production services and data pipelines. It handles 95+ recurring incident scenarios, reducing MTTR to approximately 10 minutes.

For the Download Hub reporting platform, I designed a Lakehouse architecture supporting more than 20,000 report downloads per day. I’ve also optimized Spark and Azure Hyperscale workloads for up to 5× faster query execution, and contributed to fraud analytics pipelines at Walmart.
