At YES BANK, I estimate financed emissions across the corporate portfolio, with a focus on carbon-intensive sectors. I developed Python-based workflows to automate emissions calculations using climate and financial data from corporate disclosures.
I also developed a geospatial physical climate risk tool linking borrower PIN codes to district-level vulnerability scores using IMD data. I assessed climate risks across the bank’s branch network and designed a questionnaire to evaluate borrowers’ transition-risk preparedness.
Previously, at Envint Services LLP, I designed and implemented Environmental & Social Management Systems for four NBFCs and conducted climate risk and materiality assessments. I also executed environmental and social due diligence for EV transport and consumer products, and designed and delivered ESG, BRSR Core, and SFDR training programs.
