What I'm looking for

I'm looking to design user-centered digital or conversational experiences where I can combine research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing to solve complex product problems.

I'm designing UX flows and conversational voice journeys for a leading Indian bank through Louie Voice at VisioApps Technology. I also test banking-app builds end to end, analyzing accessibility, voice, SDK, LLM-response, and application-flow issues.

Previously at Mezzex, I redesigned four e-commerce websites, improving mobile usability by 30% and conversion rates by 25%. I built scalable Figma design systems and introduced micro-interactions that increased product-page engagement by 40%.
