What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to consulting, risk advisory, IPO, internal controls, and finance transformation work where I can improve processes, strengthen governance, and solve complex accounting and compliance challenges.

At Uniqus Consultech, I design SOX and ICOFR control frameworks, lead enterprise risk assessments, and develop SOPs across finance, procurement, and HR. I also led IPO project management for Imagine Marketing Ltd (boAt) for an INR 1,500 Cr raise, coordinating teams from confidential DRHP through final prospectus filing.

Previously, during my articleship at RP Rathi and Company, I audited Purchase-to-Pay processes, supported Ind AS financial reporting and budgeting, and managed tax filings for 150+ entities. I bring a practical approach to strengthening controls, resolving complex accounting questions, and improving finance operations.
